Without Literature Life is Hell

                                                        "Without Literature Life is Hell"

Literature is like you're living in a paradise. It is a  place where you can reflect and make some realization in life. But without literature life is hell because without it we are in a state of being poverty-stricken. I'm not saying that we are poor in materialistic things. I am saying that we are poor in knowledge about the true essence of knowing what literature is.We are poor in knowing what can it contribute to us? But we didn't know that by simply knowing what literature is, we can live our lives in a paradise or we can also call it as our home.

Some of us didn't know the true meaning and purpose of it. We simply understand it as a printed materials such as booklets, leaflets, brochures that provides information about something. But we didn't know that there is a deeper meaning about literature. The definition of literature have varied over time. It is a "Culturally Relative Definition". In Western Europe prior to 18th Century, literature denoted all books and writing but during the Romantic Period there is more restricted sense of term emerged. In which it began to use the "imaginative"writing. When we say "imaginative writing", from the word imaginative, we uses our imagination when we are writing. It uses our creative mind to express our feelings, thoughts, and ideas in creating a story. For me, literature is not just a printed materials. It is also a written works made by many different authors that uses their wide range of imagination just to create a long lasting stories, poems, and novels that can read by the next generations.
